Sja's West is looking for a National Community Engagement Director to spearhead our community outreach efforts. As a senior member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage communities nationwide.

The National Community Engagement Director will work closely with County networks to foster a value-based leadership culture that promotes equity and inclusion. The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 per year.

You will be expected to lead a team of community engagement specialists, guiding them in their efforts to promote volunteerism and make a positive impact in their local communities. Your success will be measured by your ability to bring together teams across multiple community networks to achieve national objectives.
