Job Description

As the Head of Crisis Intervention, you will be responsible for providing operational management to our rapid response service. You will work closely with our NHS partners to ensure a high standard of support and effective delivery of quality services.

Responsibilities
  1. To take primary responsibility for providing and managing a high standard of Operational Management to the Rapid Response service
  2. To support development in wider organisational strategies of growing the business and achieving sustainability
  3. To manage a team of Managers to deliver a service of excellence, ensuring that the service capacity is maximised at all times
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree or equivalent qualification or demonstrable experience
  • Management qualification (e.g., NVQ L4 or CQF Diploma L5) or considerable knowledge and experience within a senior similar role
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £47,500 - £52,500 per annum, based on location and industry standards. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including mileage reimbursement at 35p per mile.
