Head of CX and VC Strategy

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Head of CX and VC Strategy. As a key member of our OHCM Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our customer experience agenda. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Create a comprehensive CX vision and roadmap for our UKI business.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive CX improvements across three key journeys: Claims, Hospital, and Out-patient.
- Establish a 'customer first' culture throughout our organization, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
