At Community Transport, we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our passenger team as a Minibus Driver. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and transportation to our passengers.

As a Minibus Driver, you'll be responsible for collecting passengers from their homes and transporting them to various destinations, including day centres, schools, and medical centres. You'll need to demonstrate a commitment to the comfort and safety of passengers while showing consideration for other road users.

We're looking for someone who is warm, positive, and people-focused, with excellent communication skills and a caring nature. If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives and have a strong commitment to customer care, we'd love to hear from you.

What we're looking for:

  • A full UK driving licence with D1 entitlement and a maximum of 3 penalty points
  • Experience of driving larger vehicles and transporting people or providing care and support to individuals in a health or social care setting
  • A satisfactory enhanced DBS check
  • Excellent communication skills and a caring and compassionate nature
  • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of the business and a willingness to work unsociable hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
