What We're Looking For:

  • A full UK driving licence with D1 entitlement and a maximum of 3 penalty points
  • Experience of driving larger vehicles and transporting people
  • A caring and compassionate nature, with excellent communication skills
  • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of the business and a willingness to work unsociable hours

About the Role:

As a Minibus Driver, you'll be responsible for collecting passengers from their homes and transporting them to a range of destinations, including day centres, schools, and medical centres. You'll need to demonstrate a commitment to the comfort and safety of passengers, while also showing consideration for other road users.
