Ea First Ltd is searching for a skilled Financial Services Professional to support their growing Corporate Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering professional and confidential client services.

Your responsibilities will include supporting sales, acquisitions, and M&A transactions, as well as assisting with due diligence and financial data analysis. You will also prepare valuations using methods like comparable analysis and DCF, research potential buyers and acquisition targets, and manage M&A project processes and client presentations.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Corporate Finance principles and a keen problem-solving ability. A qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, CFQ, or MBA would be advantageous.

A highly competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum is on offer, along with opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge within the firm.
