Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Casting Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Inspired Selection. As a key member of our audio production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the selection of top-tier voice talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Script Evaluation: Carefully review manuscripts to determine the specific recording needs and ensure that every project meets our clients' creative and commercial requirements.
  • Casting Research: Conduct thorough research to recommend suitable actors and establish strong business relationships with actors, agents, and publishers.
  • Project Management: Track project progress, manage narration costs, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage contracts, agreements, and databases of voice talent, as well as coordinate with editorial teams and external stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Actor Support: Provide actors with content-related support and guidance to ensure that they meet the project's requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report on project performance and provide insights to improve future productions.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with actors, agents, publishers, and internal teams.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure that all projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
