About the Role

At Inspired Selection, we're seeking a skilled Casting Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the maestro behind the scenes, you'll be responsible for orchestrating the selection of top-tier voice talent to bring manuscripts to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Script Evaluation: Carefully review manuscripts to determine the specific recording needs and ensure that every project meets the client's creative and commercial objectives.
  • Casting Research: Conduct thorough research to recommend suitable actors, establish and maintain strong business relationships with actors, agents, and publishers, and source manuscripts in a timely manner.
  • Project Management: Track project progress, manage narration costs, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently to keep the production wheels turning smoothly.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Actor Support: Provide actors with content-related support, manage contracts and agreements, and coordinate with editorial teams and external stakeholders.
  • Database Management: Maintain a database of voice talent and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with actors, agents, and publishers.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
