Key Responsibilities- Casting Research and Recommendation: Conduct thorough research to recommend suitable voice talent for our clients' projects.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the entire recording process, ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Talent Management: Establish and maintain strong business relationships with voice talent, agents, and publishers.
- Project Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project, working closely with content and editorial teams to ensure successful project delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with voice talent, agents, and publishers.
