The Ritz London Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Reception Supervisor at The Ritz London. As a member of our Front Office Department, you will be responsible for managing the reception desk, supervising a team of receptionists and trainees, and using our PMS system to manage guest information, payments, and invoicing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception desk, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Supervise and lead a team of receptionists and trainees, providing guidance and support.
  • Use our PMS system to manage guest information, payments, and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Hospitality studies or similar preferred.
  • Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Great command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Possess a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests.
