Job Description:

The role of a Housing Solutions Officer at Connect2Luton involves delivering a high-quality service to users on housing and homelessness related matters. Key responsibilities include preventing homelessness, investigating client circumstances, and working with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine duties owed towards potentially homeless applicants under the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017
  • Manage a caseload and undertake investigations to make sound timely decisions
  • Identify and support clients with support needs
  • Support the development and delivery of training and/or awareness raising events and materials

Salary and Benefits:

This hybrid role offers an umbrella rate of £28-£30 per hour, allowing you to work from home and in the office. You will have opportunities for professional development and contribute to creating effective training and awareness-raising events.
