Housing Law Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Law Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of housing-related cases, including homelessness, disrepair, eviction, possession, and succession matters. The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and client care skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of housing-related cases, including conducting site visits and attending court hearings.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior members of the team.
  • Assist with case preparation, including drafting documents and gathering evidence.
  • Represent clients at court hearings and negotiations with landlords.
Requirements:
  • Valid Practising Certificate.
  • Proven experience in housing law, including knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
