We are expanding our presence in Europe and are seeking a talented Junior Sales Manager to join our team. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in delivering our solutions to leading academic institutions and pharma/biotech companies in the UK and Nordic regions.

About the Role

If you are passionate about bringing new scientific products to market, driving the adoption of innovative technology, and have a hands-on approach, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be part of our sales team, responsible for generating leads and sales in our core EU markets. You will work closely with our internal and external teams to educate scientists and drive interest in our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to sales targets in line with company strategy
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent support
  • Gain a deep understanding of our products and provide technical training to customers
  • Present our solutions to scientific audiences and represent the company at international conferences and exhibitions
  • Document and manage all leads and customer interactions through our CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activity, product developments, and customer requirements

Requirements

  • BSc degree in life sciences or related discipline
  • Experience in cell line development, CRISPR, gene editing, or iPSC
  • First experience in scientific instrument sales for cell biology is a plus
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance workload
  • Ability and willingness to travel, including international travel
