**About the role**:
We are looking for a part-time clothing sales assistant to work in our brand new boutique. Would you like to join our fun, hardworking and forward-thinking team in our ever-expanding centre, just north of Oxford?

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring all expected retail standards are implemented and maintained.
- Delivering an outstanding level of customer service.
- Working closely with the Clothing Boutique Supervisor to drive the department forward from a sales and customer service perspective.
- Striving to achieve set KPI targets from the Managing Director and Store Manager.
- Create visually appealing displays with the guidance of our visual merchandising team.
- Working in other areas of the centre as and when required.
- Have a desire to learn new skills and adapt to change well.
- Have a genuine love for fashion.
- Use initiative and be self-motivated.
- Be commercially aware and keep up to date and knowledgeable about current fashion trends.
- Experience of working in a clothing retail sector is essential.
- Be a great team player.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £10.60 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
