Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Junior Sales Manager to join our team and help deliver our next-generation solutions to leading academic institutions and pharma/biotech companies in the UK and Nordic regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to sales targets in line with company strategy
  • Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Provide continuous support to customers pre- and post-sale, in person, via phone, email, or web
  • Gain a complete understanding of our products and workflow with hands-on experience
  • Provide technical training to customers, including wet-lab demonstrations and software training
  • Present to scientific audiences in academic/industry settings and represent the company at international conferences and exhibitions
  • Document and manage all leads and customer interaction through Salesforce CRM
  • Maintain professional awareness of competitor activity, product developments, and customer requirements
Requirements
  • BSc degree in life sciences or related discipline
  • Experience in at least one of the following fields – cell line development, CRISPR, gene editing, or iPSC
  • Ideal first experience in scientific instrument sales for cell biology
  • Strong data analysis combined with presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel and balance workload based on priority of assignments
  • Ability and willingness to travel, including international travel
