Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team at Scope AT Limited. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow-based solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead scoping, design, development, and implementation activities across client projects to deliver world-class ServiceNow-based solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including CSDM/CMDB, Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, and other relevant technologies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including sales, delivery, and support.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and services to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  1. 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform implementation, with a strong track record of delivering advisory services to clients in various industries.
  2. Proven expertise in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS, and Angular JS.
  3. Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist in at least one product suite.
  4. Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4).
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, support personnel, and management.
  6. Ability to work from home and travel to client locations as required.
