About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide expert advice and guidance on safeguarding matters to staff, volunteers, and partners
  • To develop and implement effective safeguarding policies and procedures
  • To work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that safeguarding is embedded across all aspects of our work
  • To maintain accurate records and reports on safeguarding incidents and concerns

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as social work or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in safeguarding roles, preferably in a similar sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
