Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and storing products in accordance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP), Good Warehouse Practice (GWP), and Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures. You will also be responsible for picking, dispensing, and dispatching products in a timely and accurate manner.

In addition, you will undertake frequent compliance checks within the warehouse operations to ensure adherence to Baxter Management Systems and external requirements. You will also be responsible for recording events, such as incidents and complaints, and assisting with investigations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a good understanding of warehouse management systems and be able to work effectively in a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Receive, process, and store products in accordance with GDP, GWP, and Pharmacy SOPs
* Pick, dispense, and dispatch products in a timely and accurate manner
* Undertake frequent compliance checks within the warehouse operations
* Record events, such as incidents and complaints, and assist with investigations

**Requirements:**

* NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing Assistant or equivalent
* High levels of accuracy with data entry
* Good IT proficiency, including warehouse management systems
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Previous hands-on operational experience in a warehouse environment and/or pharmacy environment
