Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Travel Agent to join our team at an award-winning Independent Travel Agency in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be passionate about selling bespoke holidays and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quoting worldwide travel itineraries for clients.
  • Liaising with clients for booking changes and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Attending promotional events to network with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
  • Developing relationships with suppliers and tour operators to provide the best possible services to our clients.
  • Selling travel insurance, car hire, and other travel-related products.
  • Meeting sales targets while providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Travel Agent, preferably in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for travel and a desire to help others plan their dream holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Motivation to sell and meet sales targets, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
