About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving Independent Travel Agency in Oxfordshire as a Travel Agent. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about selling bespoke holidays and has excellent customer service skills.

Key Job Functions:
  1. Quote and sell travel itineraries to clients across the globe.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Attend industry events to stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and network with suppliers and colleagues.
  4. Bid on contracts with tour operators to provide the best possible services to our clients.
  5. Sell additional travel-related products such as travel insurance and car hire.
  6. Meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience as a Travel Agent, ideally in a similar role.
  • An unwavering passion for travel and a desire to make a difference in people's lives.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
