Financial Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced ICAEW or ACCA qualified accountant to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with career progression opportunities and a range of benefits, including a £500 welcome bonus, paid overtime, 25 days holiday, and an excellent study support package.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of bookkeeping, accounts, audit, and tax principles, with good compliance knowledge. They will also be proficient in accountancy and office software, including Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and Excel. A proactive approach with strong commercial awareness and the ability to take ownership of work are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing financial statements and management accounts.
- Conducting audits and providing assurance services.
- Providing tax planning and advisory services.
