NBCUniversal is committed to finding the best talent to join our team. As a Senior Retail and Franchise Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing retail marketing plans that drive commercial revenues and achieve annual growth targets.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned brand marketer to lead our retail marketing efforts in the UK&I region. You will be responsible for managing a team of marketers and working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute retail marketing plans that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory-specific franchise marketing activations to support UP&E while creating demand value and awareness.
  • Partner with retailers, licensees, and internal Universal/global teams on the development and execution of marketing programs to build brand awareness, engage consumers, and ultimately drive commercial revenues.
  • Be the cross-divisional liaison for internal business departments - local retail and category teams, regional creative and franchise teams, plus Global Comms, Location Based Events, HE, digital, TV, and theatrical teams.
Requirements
  • Strong Brand Marketing experience, preferably in a consumer products/licensing role.
  • Deep knowledge of retail business including retail marketing tactics, promotional partners/packaged goods, and consumer products.
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to project manage multiple projects at once within a very fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
