About the Role:
  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established and reputable law firm, specializing in family law. You will be responsible for assisting solicitors with various family-related legal matters, ensuring efficient case management, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the Family Law team, including preparing correspondence and documents
  2. Assist with case management, ensuring accurate and timely updates to relevant systems
  3. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, maintaining confidentiality and respect for sensitive information
  4. Cover for colleagues during periods of leave or absence, ensuring seamless continuity of work
  5. Maintain good working relationships with colleagues across departments and office locations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Familiarity with IT systems, particularly those used in the legal sector
