Job Description:

As an Academic English Mentor with Prospero Teaching, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with high levels of complex needs and challenging behaviours in a school setting. Your experience working with children and young people who display challenging behaviour will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred support to students
  • Work one-to-one with students to promote their academic and personal development

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [insert time] years' experience working with challenging behaviour
  • De-escalation training advantageous
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs of vulnerable young people
  • Willingness to enhance your skills with professional training
