Supervisory Residential Support Worker

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supervisory Residential Support Worker to join our team at The Sterling Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our approved premises, providing support to residents, and contributing to the overall quality of life for those living with us.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support to residents, including supervision, guidance, and assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, including inputting data on the database system, and report any maintenance or security issues to designated staff members.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the well-being and safety of residents.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a positive and supportive living environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
