Autism and Learning Disability Support Worker

We are recruiting a Support Worker based in Sandbach to support a male with autism, a learning disability and epilepsy. The successful candidate will provide support with daily living tasks, promote independence and encourage engagement in activities.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of positive behaviour support, LD, autism and behaviours that challenge. However, all training will be given. They will need to be enthusiastic about learning and experiencing new things, willing to embrace the goals the Service User wants to achieve and able to go above and beyond for the Service User and staff involved in the package.
Salary and Benefits
The hourly rate is £13.50 per hour, with an enhanced rate on Bank Holidays. This role also offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team at Sugarman Health & Wellbeing.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
