Care and Support Worker Specialist

Job Description:
The Care and Support Worker Specialist will work closely with an individual who requires ongoing support due to autism, learning disabilities, and epilepsy. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of positive behaviour support and be able to promote independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a supportive relationship with the Service User
- Identify and address any challenges or concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability are key requirements for this role
The estimated annual salary for this position is £32,000 - £35,000, based on a 37-hour week.
