We're looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Security and Care Team Member to join our team at Sodexo Group. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and care, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will be responsible for assisting staff, supervising the Approved Premises during designated shifts, referring serious incidents to designated on-call Manager, and adhering to the procedure of completing incident reports as necessary.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, while also developing your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment. We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including free health and wellbeing app, Disounts scheme, and Money Insights and financial benefits via the Salary Finance Platform.

Your key responsibilities will include demonstrating pro-social modelling skills by consistently reinforcing pro-social behaviour and attitudes, challenging anti-social behaviour and attitudes, and liaising with Key Workers, Deputy Manager and Manager as appropriate to share issues concerning residents.
