About The Job

We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Crane Maintenance Specialist to join our team at The Crane Centre. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of lorry loader cranes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and inspect lorry loader cranes to ensure they are in good working order;
  • Carry out warranty work on new cranes, including any necessary repairs or replacements;
  • Accurately diagnose and rectify faults on cranes, hydraulic, and electrical systems;
  • Install new cranes onto both new and used chassis, ensuring all safety protocols are followed;
  • Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new installations, ensuring that all equipment is in excellent condition;
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues;
  • Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork in a timely manner, adhering to company standards.

  • Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they become major problems;
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team environment;
