We are looking for an Academic English Mentor to join our team at a local school. As part of our dedicated teaching staff, you will provide specialist support to vulnerable young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised plans to support students' academic and personal development
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless support
Requirements:

- Experience working with challenging behaviour and de-escalation techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Salary and Benefits:
