We are looking for an experienced mental health and recovery officer to join our team in South London. As a mental health and recovery officer, you will work closely with our residents to identify their needs and develop tailored plans to support their recovery. You will also be responsible for delivering activities and events that promote wellbeing and provide opportunities for social interaction.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Developing and implementing individualised recovery plans for residents
* Delivering group and one-to-one sessions to support residents in achieving their goals
* Collaborating with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care
* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and making adjustments as necessary
* Maintaining accurate records and reports as required

Requirements for this role include:
* A relevant qualification in mental health and/or social care
* Significant experience of working in a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in IT skills including Microsoft Office
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
