Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity requires a motivated and compassionate Care Coordinator to lead and support junior staff in delivering quality nursing care. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of research-based practice and the ability to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Registered Adult Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification.
- Mentorship experience and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues.
