Salary Range: £32 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract: Locum, 3-Month contract
Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Mental Health Services Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of mental health professionals, providing guidance and support to deliver high-quality services to adults in need. With significant leadership experience and a strong background in social work, you will be able to develop and implement effective care plans, provide crisis intervention support, and ensure the safety and well-being of service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead a team of mental health professionals, guiding and supporting them to deliver high-quality services
- Care Planning: Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless delivery and effective outcomes
- Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, taking appropriate action to protect vulnerable individuals
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Possess a degree in social work or equivalent qualification
- Registration: Be currently registered with Social Work England
- Experience: Have significant leadership experience working as a qualified Social Worker in Adult's Social Services within the UK
