As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for generating sales by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring store standards are met. Your role will involve promoting our multi-channel shopping options, providing accurate product information, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for our product and brand
- Provide accurate information about our product to customers, including features and benefits, and stock availability
- Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Provide a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers
- Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the store
