Are you an experienced leader in democratic services? Do you have a proven track record of successfully managing committee and elections teams? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Committees and Elections Team Lead at Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of the committee and election teams, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and strategic management. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in democratic services at a senior level and the ability to mentor and support the Committee & Electoral Services Managers.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £45,000-£50,000 per annum, although actual salaries may vary based on location and individual circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Line management and supervision of the committee and elections teams
  • Operational management of the committee and election teams and support on strategic management

  • Experience in managing committee and election teams
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and support the Committee & Electoral Services Manager as well as taking the lead on implementing good practice
