Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading fenestration business to find an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and increase company profile in the South UK region.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales within the fenestration industry, selling to architects, specifiers, and contractors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering a comprehensive regional sales plan to target profitable growth
  • Identifying new customers and initiating sales processes
  • Providing technical advice and assisting with product specification
  • Generating quotations and tracking sales leads
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop business strategies
Requirements

Candidates should possess:

  • Qualifications in economics or industrial engineering
  • Industry and product knowledge of windows and doors
  • Excellent technical knowledge and computer literacy
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel and work independently
