Regional Contract Sales Manager

Howdens Joinery is seeking a skilled Regional Contract Sales Manager to join our contracts team in North London. This role offers a unique chance to develop new and existing contracts, promoting and selling our comprehensive range of kitchens, accessories, and joinery.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective contract development and sales.
- Establish and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and housing associations.
- Promote and sell Howdens services, including kitchen ranges, appliances, and accessories.
- Collaborate with the Kitchen CAD designer to create innovative kitchen solutions within budget constraints.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the construction and new build housing market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy and a full driving license.
