Job Title: Regional Sales Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Scarlet Selection. As a Regional Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a large area in the South East and South West, covering counties such as Middlesex, Surrey, Berkshire, and Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an established account base and grow and develop these accounts
  • Win new business and increase sales revenue
  • Work from home on Mondays and Fridays, preparing quotes and booking appointments for the remaining days
  • Visit customers on a call plan, requiring excellent time management and organisational skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years field sales experience
  • Experience selling to a customer base where persistence is needed to get face-to-face appointments
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent prioritisation skills
