Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan, targeting profitable growth from specification, project, and customer leads. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales within the fenestration industry, selling to architects, specifiers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver a regional sales plan to drive profitable growth
- Identify new customers, establish relationships, and initiate sales processes
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and improve business performance
- Travel to sites and customers' offices as required
- Work with the marketing department to develop strategies and agree on promotions
- Liaise with sales, technical, finance, warehousing, and logistics departments as necessary
- Qualifications in economics, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Industry and product knowledge of windows and doors
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
- Forward-thinking and sales-driven approach
- Willingness to travel
- 25 days' holiday
- Car allowance
- Performance bonus up to 25% of salary
