Job Description


The Medical Affairs Lead for Clinical Research will oversee the execution of sponsored clinical trials within the medical affairs organization. This role requires a manager with expertise in industry-sponsored clinical research and global medical affairs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale interventional clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.


Salary


We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • An advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical research
  • Proven track record of successful management of large-scale interventional clinical trials
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for clinical research
