Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our dedicated team as a Trainee Estate Agent. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and helping them navigate the property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with new and existing clients, building strong relationships and providing personalized service.
  • Work with clients from initial inquiry through to completion, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, valuations, and financial service appointments, utilizing strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Maintain a high standard of communication and client care throughout the process, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate has experience in a sales environment and is eager to transition into estate agency.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive and resilient attitude.
  • Strong organizational abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
