About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Run a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective and efficient estate agency service to customers
  • Optimize every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions
  • Motivate and develop your team, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to succeed in their careers
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license
