We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Valuer/Lister to join our dynamic residential sales team in Worcester, working in our well-established RA Bennett estate agency.

Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will also be optimizing every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements

  • Estate agency experience
  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, or an Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for career progression
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license holder
