Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Branch Manager in Worcester. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Recruit, train, and develop estate agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior estate agent or branch manager in a residential sales environment
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and implement changes to improve results
  • Knowledge of the local property market and ability to develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
