Senior Estate Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our team at RA Bennett & Partners. As a Senior Estate Agent, you will be responsible for winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements:
  • Estate Agency experience
  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, or an Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for career progression
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence holder
