Join RA Bennett, a leading estate agency with a rich history dating back to the 1960s, as we seek an ambitious and results-driven Assistant Branch Manager - Estate Agent to lead our residential sales team in Worcester.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced estate agent to take on a key leadership role in our branch. As an Assistant Branch Manager - Estate Agent, you'll be responsible for running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an exceptional estate agency service to customers, and leading by example to exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share
  • Optimise every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and team to achieve business objectives and develop career paths
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, or Valuer with a track record of success in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • IT literate, with experience of MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving licence
