Assistant Branch Manager - Estate Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our residential sales team in Worcester, working in our well-established RA Bennett estate agency.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Estate Agent looking to progress and take on their first branch management appointment in residential sales. Our branch offers a supportive Area Manager and team, providing a platform to excel as a manager and develop your career.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service to customers. You will lead by example, delegate tasks, and aim to exceed performance and targets set. You will also motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career.

Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence
