We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Recovery Support Professional in Blackpool. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing person-centred support to help them live independently within their community.

As a member of our team, you will benefit from a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a free enhanced DBS check, paid online induction, and access to a NEST Pension scheme. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and career with us, receiving full training to enable you to provide recovery focused support for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and good I.T. skills, including word, databases, and e-mails. An NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is desirable, but not essential, as we offer support to obtain this qualification. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

  • This is a full-time position, 25 hours per week, on a rota basis, including days, evenings, sleep ins, and weekends.
  • You will be based at one site, with opportunities to travel to other schemes across the business.
