Job Title: Product Applications Technical Specialist

Job Description:

CK Group are recruiting for an Applications Product Specialist, to join a diagnostics company, as a field-based role, covering the North East of England and Scotland, on a contract basis for 6 months.

Role Overview:

As a Product Applications Technical Specialist, you will provide technical and scientific support to customers remotely and at customer sites for Tissue Diagnostics portfolio of instruments and reagents. You will be responsible for installations of instruments for demonstration and new purchases at customer sites, as well as performing initial validation prior to use.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to customers remotely and at customer sites
* Install instruments for demonstration and new purchases at customer sites
* Perform initial validation prior to use
* Support the latest portfolio of cellular pathology instruments

Requirements:

* Degree level in Biomedical Science
* High standard experience to our customer base
* Ability to demonstrate a high standard experience to our customer base and excel in the art of troubleshooting
* Customer focused, capable of working with minimum supervision and managing your time effectively
* BSc Biomedical Science or equivalent
* ~3 Years Laboratory Experience
