Chemistree Solutions is seeking a skilled Product Management Specialist to join our team in North Manchester/East Lancashire. As a key member of our Wound Care Division, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced product management professional with a strong background in the medical devices/healthcare industry. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement the short and long-term business strategy for the Wound Care Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in the creation and execution of the Wound Care Marketing Plan.
  • Lead the launch of new products and service solutions to the Wound Care Division, ensuring alignment with customer needs and challenges.
  • Oversee the completion of Drug Tariff applications within required timeframes for successful listing.
  • Design, review, and measure targeted offline and online marketing campaigns to promote product and service solutions.
  • Forecast and manage the relevant product portfolio, aligning all forecast impacts from across the business to feed into Supply Chain Management.
  • Lead cross-departmental teams working on key strategic projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date databases on competitor product alignments, pricing, and product/service solutions, and communicate new developments to relevant departments.
  • Support the Wound Care tender process when required.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Clinical teams to design, update, and maintain literature aligned to customer needs and labelling processes.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in organizing customer events related to Wound Care, ensuring relevance to current market, customer, and business needs.
  • Deliver ITC content related to relevant product portfolio, ensuring consistent delivery of product, market, and NHS knowledge in an engaging manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
  • Professional membership of CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) is desirable.
  • Full UK driver's license.

  • Demonstrable commercial success.
